Hiring Process

Like school applications, job applications can be stressful and time-intensive. At Magoosh, we believe in拉回窗帘andsupporting you through each step of our process。From transparent job descriptions, to resources at each stage, our goal is to alleviate as much of that stress as we can.

1. Application

We’re excited to learn more about you! Our application will ask for a resume, cover letter, and answers to role-specific questions. Don’t have all of the listed requirements? We encourage you to apply anyway! We normally get back to candidates within two weeks.

2. Phone Interview

During this interview, we’ll learn more about your skills for the role as well as what you could add to our在Magoosh的文化。电话采访可以持续30到60分钟。

The assessment stage is anonymized, which means the hiring manager won’t know whose assessment they’re grading—your work will have the opportunity to speak for itself! This is also a great opportunity for you to get a glimpse of the work itself and whether it aligns with your expectations and goals. Depending on the role, the assessment could take anywhere between one to three hours.

4. Final Interview
